HOLIDAY LET INFORMATION
The Old Ginn House self-catering holiday accommodation is a first-floor apartment, which is accessed by stone steps.
Furnished, in a modern style with some traditional features, it sleeps 4 people in two en-suite bedrooms and offers a sofa bed in the lounge area for a 5th person, which makes the accommodation suitable for a family of 5.
Please note there is no separate bath/shower room.
The accommodation is not suitable for children under the age of 3.
Off the tiled hallway is a spacious well equipped new kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, and a modern oak dining table.
From the kitchen into the lounge area with its elegant colour scheme, there are two sofas, one of which is a sofa-bed, a smart TV and a fire for those cooler evenings.
The first bedroom, along the hallway, will be set up as a twin room, if you would like it as a super king please let us know at the time of booking. It has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower over the bath.
The second bedroom has a double bed and has an en-suite shower room.
Outside there is a small private walled yard area with a small table and chairs.

Arrival Time: from 4pm and by 10pm (collect your key from the Old Ginn House Inn reception)

5th person is an extra charge of £50 for a 7 night stay and £35 for a 3/4 night stay

Bed linen is supplied, and the beds will be made up for you

We can provide a Cumbrian Breakfast Pack, also Breakfast & Evening Meals are available in the restaurant at the Old Ginn House Inn (booking is essential)
BOOKING
When booking we ask for a deposit of a third of the total price. The remaining balance is due six weeks before your stay. Payments to be made by credit/debit card.
If you cancel your booking, we cannot refund any money unless we manage to re-book. If the property is re-booked at a discounted rate, then we will refund the money received from you less the discount, and less a £30 cancellation fee. Your money will be sent back to you once the new booking has been paid in full (six weeks before the holiday date).
If you wish to transfer your booking to a different date, we will try our best to accommodate your request. You will have to pay any additional charge if there is a price increase for the new date, and a £30 administration fee.
It is advisable to have holiday insurance to cover any cancellation.

Changeover days are Friday & Monday. Bookings are taken for full weeks; or 4 nights - arrive Mon & depart Friday morning; or 3 nights arrive Friday & depart Monday morning (We may be able to accommodate a different start date and number of nights but cannot guarantee this)
