General Information

Credit / debit card details are required to secure a reservation. Where possible, the payment for accommodation will be made remotely on the day of arrival using the bank card used to secure the booking. A receipt will be sent by email.
If the case of a ‘no-show’ the amount due will be taken from the card.
If any damage or any items are found to be misplaced, including room keys, the cost for repair or replacement will be taken from the card. -
Payments to The Old Ginn House Inn are to be made on the date and in the amounts as specified at the time of booking as outlined in the booking confirmation, if any booking is varied prior to arrival then the payment will reflect the latest details.

A valid credit / debit card must be swiped through the card machine for any additional charges to be added to the room account.

Payment can be made by a valid credit /debit card or by cash.

Cancellation Policy – 24 Hours. If cancelled after 2pm the day before arrival, the first night will be charged. In the case of a ‘no-show’ the full amount will be charged.

For non-refundable bookings, the full payment will be taken at the time of booking. This payment is not refundable in the event of any amendment or cancellation.

Animals are not allowed within the bedrooms, unless officially assisting guests with disabilities.

Check-in time – from 3pm – 10pm.

Check-out time – before 10.30am.

Early check-in / Late check-out may be available subject to room availability and a small charge.

Prices may change due to circumstances beyond our control, for example changes in the VAT rate.
